Solution:
ActivEdge introduced a comprehensive three-step approach to revolutionize health and fitness:
- Personalized Meal Plans: Implemented AI-driven meal planning that customizes meal plans based on user profiles, dietary restrictions, and preferences, providing tailored nutrition support.
- Tailored Exercise Routines: Developed a system for creating custom workouts that evolve as users progress, with video tutorials and tracking capabilities to ensure effective fitness training.
- Smart Supplement Recommendations: Integrated real-time supplement recommendations based on users’ nutritional gaps and fitness objectives, enhancing overall health and performance.
To ensure seamless functionality and user experience, the project utilized React Native for cross-platform development and Node.js for backend services. Agile methodologies enhanced team productivity and adaptability. The backend was supported by Firebase for notifications, MongoDB for real-time database solutions, and AWS for scalable cloud infrastructure. The user interface was crafted with Material-UI to provide an intuitive and engaging user experience.
